This stunning luxury boutique villa is designed for 6 people and will welcome you for an unforgettable stay in a preserved eco-system. The villa is is located in a small village next to the Madampe Lake and is only 1km from some beautiful, sandy and quiet beaches and about 5 minutes by tuk tuk from the nearest town of Ambalangoda.

Breakfast, filtered water and daily housekeeping are included as well as air conditioning in the bedrooms, wifi, satellite TV, DVD reader and DVD library, and the services of our manager and his staff.

There are two master bedrooms, with both indoor and outdoor en-suite bathrooms, each one sleeps 2.

In one of these, the king size bed can be separated into two single beds.

There is another bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined or separated), with an indoor bathroom.

A contemporary bespoke design, but with antique windows and doors, smooth white concrete floors and an eclectic mix of furnishings.

The living areas are wide and spacious. Speaker systems are available for your iPod or other MP3 in the living room. The kitchen is between the entrance hall and the living room, but the resident chef can cook for you in the kitchen of the adjoining service house.

The infinity pool has breathtaking views over the Madampe lake and is 15' x 45' with different levels for children of various ages and for relaxing in the water. The maximum depth is 5’.

At least one member of staff stays in the service house overnight. Our chef can cook lunch or dinner for you from our reasonably priced menu, so that you can relax and eat while enjoying the views of the pool and lake. The swimming pool is cleaned every day, and the manager is available for all of your questions and needs, including arranging trips.
